- Well-behaved small pets permitted, please advise at time of booking
- No smoking inside cottage
- Check-in at 4:00PM
- Check-out at 11:00AM
- Children are very welcome, PLEASE ensure that they are supervised!
- Deposit of 50% due upon booking. Balance due two weeks prior to arrival
- Cancellation Policy: Refund of deposit less $50 administration fee if notified prior to 45 days. Loss of deposit if notification received within 45 days and we are unable to re-book!
